Established in 1992, T & C Angel Enterprise Co., Ltd (TCA) 

began the business by manufacturing mainly telephone accessories. 

Foreseeing a prosperous data communication industry, TCA later

decided to enter into the development and manufacture of network

accessories.

TCA is now a leading manufacturer in telephone and communication 

accessories based in Taiwan with more than 11 years of experience. 

Our market-oriented policy follows closely the trend of LAN 

products and strives for supplying products meeting individual 

customer’s needs with a full range of Cat 3, Cat 5, Cat 5e and

The highlighted products are ADSL filters, fiber optic LAN

devices & components, fiber optic converter & transceiver

and optic fiber 2-wavelength WDM. The ADSL micro-filter 

designed for ITV-G.992.2 (G. Lite) application blocks 

interference between voice and XDSL/ADSL, and RF 

interference from cordless phones or other sources such as 

single-line phones, fax machines and dial-up modems.

Network accessories for Cat 6 networks feature extra wide 

bandwidth of 250MHz, efficiently supporting gigabit Ethernet, 

155/622Mbps as well as 1.2Gbps ATM. For now, TCA 

Cat 6 products are ETL approved.

Cat 6 LAN accessories and components are expected to dominate 

the field of LAN cabling system in the coming years. Nevertheless, 

compatibility is now the major problem for Cat 6. We are the first 

manufacturer here in Taiwan to provide Cat 6 total solutions to 

customers and we believe peripherals and accessories for higher 

speed would be developed.

With strong R&D and abundant manufacturing experience, TCA 

is confident that all kinds of special designs of ODM/OEM cases 

can be handled properly and promptly. Offerings from the company 

include Cat 5/Cat 6 LAN accessories, components, cables and patch 

cords, all kinds of modular plugs and jacks, telephone cords and 

cables, telephone line cords, and telephone handset cords, etc.

TCA operates its headquarters-cum-factory in Sanchung, Taipei 

County, with a total workforce of 17, focusing on product 

development and production management. TCA is ISO-9000 

certified and has production implemented in a subcontract factory 

in China. TCA turns out one million networking products a month 

– comprising some ADSL products, RJAX connectors and 

transceivers & converters.

Major export markets are the U.S. (60 percent) and Europe 

(30 percent). Processing ODM/OEM orders in China, TCA 

employs manpower of 30 there, in charge of materials procurement, 

quality control, and product development.
